Tali AI is now integrated within Collaborative Health Record (CHR). This means you can now access all of Tali’s core capabilities right within your EHR, making clinical documentation and note taking even easier to cut down on your administrative workflows and charting time.
What can Tali + CHR do?
Our integration with CHR allows you to use all core Tali features (AI Scribe, Dictation and Medical Search) within CHR.
You can use Tali’s AI Scribe to record transcriptions of your patient visits (both in-person and Telehealth), and have them written for you in the way you like without ever having to leave your EHR. You will also be able to use our dictation feature for voice-to-text note taking in Tali, and our Medical Search feature that can be used for looking up dosage or medication questions.
With this integration you can easily sign-in to Tali within your CHR account once, and from then on, CHR will keep your Tali account logged in so you can easily access Tali capabilities any time you’re on CHR. No need to log in every time. Additionally, the integration makes it much easier to manage your Tali account when sharing devices or offices with other clinicians.
The integration also removes manually copy and pasting notes into a patient's chart, enabling users to quickly send their SOAP notes to CHR by pressing the "Send to EMR" button.

Already Have a Tali Account?
Whether you have a newly created or existing Tali Account, you can use the instructions below to get started adding Tali to your EHR.
Step 1: Email [email protected] to request access to the integration
Our Customer Success Team will send you an Integration Request Form to complete and sign for your clinic. The form can be shared either by PDF for signing or by DocuSign for digital signing.
To complete the form, you will need your CLIENT ID INFORMATION. For CHR clients, you can view this in your URL, which contains your clinic name: Eg. xxxxxx.inputhealth.ca
Once we receive your signed form, we will take care of all the necessary paperwork and submit it to Telus right away. It may take a few days for Telus to connect your EMR, but once it's done, we will send you a confirmation email that you are all set to go
Step 2: Complete the set-up of Tali’s Integration in your CHR Account
Once you have received a confirmation email from Tali’s Customer Success Team that your Tali integration is live:
Access/Login to CHR:
Log into CHR, navigate to a patient → Access patient encounter (new or existing). Within patient encounter, Tali.AI will appear as a button on top right of encounter
Once Tali.AI button is selected, Tali.AI app is launched. User will automatically be
logged in based on CHR credentials
Users can click the expand Tali button to further utilize features of Tali
Easily Transfer Tali Notes to CHR:
Launch Tali from a patient's chart.
Generate a SOAP note.
Click "Send to EMR".
You should now see your new SOAP note as a new encounter.
