Sometimes when you have generated a note or recorded a dictation, you don't want to review and finalize it straightaway, but rather store and come back later. This is where the History feature comes in.

How to access my History?

In either the sidebar, desktop app, you can see a 'History' button on the top left side of the navigation panel.

In the mobile app, the history is at the bottom of the view:

If you click this button, you'll be able to access all the notes you've generated and dictated in a list.

Understanding your History

The list of items presented in your History tab are known as Encounters

What are Encounters?

Encounters are all of the notes you've recorded with Tali. Each Encounter in the list represents either:

1. A conversation you've had with a patient using the Ambient Scribe

2. Notes you've dictated using Tali's Medical Dictation feature

Encounters will be in reverse chronological order, meaning newest items are at the top of the list. If you are looking for an older item, just scroll down the list. Items are listed with the date, time and length of the visit.

Clicking an Encounter from a patient conversation will show you the note generated, and the transcript. If you've generated one or more note types from a patient conversation, you will be able to see all of these notes within the Encounter view so you can easily copy them as needed.

Clicking an Encounters from a Medical Dictation will show you the transcript from the dictation.
