How to clear one or several transcriptions

You can remove some notes from your history to keep it uncluttered.

Clearing out your history can help you identify which notes remain to be copied to your EHR. To clear out your history, follow these steps:

Chrome Extension

  1. Log into Tali

  2. Open the sidebar

  3. Click 'History'

  4. To delete one note, find the note and click the 'Delete' button at its base

  5. To delete all notes in your history, scroll down all the way to the bottom of your history, and click 'Delete all history'

Desktop Application

  1. Log into Tali

  2. Expand Tali

  3. Click 'History'

  4. To delete one note, find the note and click the 'Delete' button at its base

  5. To delete all notes in your history, scroll down all the way to the bottom of your history, and click 'Delete all history'

Mobile Application

  1. Log into Tali

  2. Tap 'History'

  3. To delete one note, find the note and open it

  4. Tap the garbage can icon in the top right

  5. When prompted, confirm that you want to delete the note.
