Update the web app to fix TELUS EMR and recording issues
Step 1: Clear your browser cache

Open browser settings.

Go to Delete Browsing Data.

Select All Time (Date Range)

Select "Cached images and files" & "Cookies" You do not need to clear your passwords
- Click Delete Data
Step 2: Hard refresh the Tali web app
After clearing your cache, use the following keyboard shortcut while on the Tali page:

Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.

Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.
Relaunch Tali once the refresh is complete. This update should resolve any recent performance issues
