Update the web app to fix TELUS EMR and recording issues

Step 1: Clear your browser cache

  1. Open browser settings.

  2. Go to Delete Browsing Data.

  3. Select All Time (Date Range)

  4. Select "Cached images and files" & "Cookies" You do not need to clear your passwords

     

  5. Click Delete Data

Step 2: Hard refresh the Tali web app

After clearing your cache, use the following keyboard shortcut while on the Tali page:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.

  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.

 

Relaunch Tali once the refresh is complete. This update should resolve any recent performance issues
