Audio and microphone

Check browser permissions: Ensure the website has permission to access your microphone.

Test your hardware: Verify your microphone is picking up sound by using a tool like webcammictest.com.
Computer settings

Prevent sleep mode: Ensure your computer does not go to sleep or enter power-saving mode during a recording by extending the sleep timer.

Keep the window open: Do not close or refresh the Tali recording tab while a session is active.
Missing notes If you receive a generation error, check the History section in Tali to see if the note was saved there. Learn more about recovering notes.
