Resolving unexpected upgrade messages
If Tali asks you to upgrade or states you have hit a limit despite having a Pro license, review the following causes and solutions:
Check your login email Open Tali’s settings and verify the email address listed at the top. It must match the email address found on your purchase confirmation.
Check plan limits

Premium plan: This plan includes a limited number of AI scribe notes per month. You may need to upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited access.

Pro plan: If you have a Pro plan but see a limit warning, confirm you are logged in to the correct account.
Oscar EMR users If you are on the scheduling page in Oscar EMR, Tali is intentionally disabled. Open a patient chart to enable recording.
