Record patient notes using Tali with CHR

Follow these steps to launch Tali and send documentation directly into a patient's chart in your Collaborative Health Record (CHR) EMR

Note Transfer Steps:

  1. Open a patient chart in CHR.
  2. Click the Tali.AI button to launch Tali.
  3. Tali automatically pulls patient details (like name, age, and gender) into your notes (Patient Context).
  4. Create a note with Tali.
  5. Click Send to EMR.
  6. Your note will appear as a new encounter in the patient's chart.
