Call a Patient: How to Call Patients Directly from Tali

With Call a Patient, you can call patients directly from Tali and turn the conversation into an encounter note without leaving your workflow.

We’ve updated Call a Patient based on our Beta users' feedback.

You can now:

  • Set the Caller ID back to Tali's default Caller ID
  • Select a patient for the encounter
  • Access the dial pad at any time during the call
  • Use the Call back button to redial
  • Add additional context similar to your regular encounters
  • Hang up the call and Finish the encounter separately for more control and to better  match your workflow

Open a new encounter in Tali the same way you would for an in-person visit, then click Call a patient.
