Written consent You can include a consent form in your new patient intake package. This ensures all patients are aware you use AI tools to assist with their care.
Verbal consent Ask for permission at the start of each visit to ensure transparency. You can use a simple statement, such as:
"I'm using dictation software to help with my note-taking. Is that alright with you?"
