This guide is here to walk you through the most common issues and how to solve them quickly. Most problems can be fixed with a few simple steps, and if you ever get stuck, our support team is just a message away.

Log In Issues

If you're having issues finding the verification code or are being told the 4 digit code is incorrect, please see the following recommendations:

  1. If you can't find the verification code email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder

  2. If you requested a verification code multiple times, make sure you're using the latest code

  3. Double-check for typos or extra spaces

  4. Make sure you're logging in with the same email you signed up with, and that it matches the one your code was sent to

Paywall Issues

If Tali is telling you to upgrade your account, but you've already paid for a Pro license, here are a few things to check that commonly cause this issue:

  1. Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase your plan. You can confirm this by opening Tali’s settings. The email at the top should match your purchase confirmation.

  2. If you purchased the Premium plan, note that it includes a limited number of AI scribe notes per month. You may have used your quota or may need to upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited access.

  3. If you're using Oscar EMR and you're on the scheduling page, Tali will be disabled. Try opening a patient chart to enable recording.

Recording or Note Generation Issues

Here are a few things to check- if any apply, we recommend adjusting your workflow accordingly:

  1. Is your mic picking up any of the conversation? If it isn't, you might need to give the website permission to record or turn your mic on in your computer settings. Test if your mic is picking up sound here: https://webcammictest.com/check-mic.html

  2. Is your computer going to sleep or entering power-saving mode? If your computer is going to sleep, you'll need to change your computer settings.

  3. Did you accidentally close or refresh the Tali recording window or tab?

  4. Are you getting a note generation error? Take a look to see if your note is in the History section of Tali. If it isn't, report a bug in Tali's in app chatbot or email [email protected].
