If you have personal templates that you use for a specific issue or population, you can now upload and create Tali AI notes with them. At the moment, this feature is currently only on the web app. Templates created in the web app can be used across other supported Tali AI platforms, provided both platforms are synced and associated with the same account. The Chrome Addon and desktop app allow you to utilize existing templates but lack template creation or modification features.

  1. Open Tali in the web application and log into your account

2. Open Templates. This can be found on the left Navigation Menu.

3. Select Add template

4. In the text field, enter the title of your template. E.G. "PHQ-9 Note"

5. Tali will generate a sample template as shown below. Feel free to delete this sample and enter your own custom template in the text box. Ensure that the formatting here is maintained.

6. Update the Template title by selecting Untitled Template and typing your preferred template title.

7. Select Save template in the bottom right hand corner to add your new customer template to your templates.

TIP: You can also check the Set as default template checkbox if you'd like this to be your default template.

Troubleshooting Sync Issues

If a custom template created in the web app does not appear in the desktop app, it may be due to inconsistent account usage. To resolve this, ensure that both platforms are logged in with the same email address by checking their settings. Once synchronized, the custom template should appear automatically.

Apply these templates during patient encounters to generate notes tailored to your specific needs. Templates created on the web app become accessible on other platforms like the Chrome Extension, desktop app, etc. when you're logged in with the same Tali log in email. This cross-platform accessibility ensures customized workflows are seamless.
